Group Chief Operating Officer

Job description / Role

The Group Chief Operating Officer:

- Lead operational activities across diverse sectors including agriculture, construction, farming, aquaculture, food distribution, and food retail.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline business processes.
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of various business units to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness in operations to optimize performance and achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with executive team members to formulate and execute strategies that support overall company objectives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency, business unit performance, cost-saving initiatives, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Require strong leadership, decision-making skills, industry-specific knowledge, and excellent communication abilities to succeed in the role.
