A Global business with a strong Regional presence are currently looking for a Group Director Talent & Learning to be based in Dubai.

This role will require up to 60-70% travel across the Region.

Requirements

- Degree Qualified
- Experience working with Assessment Centres
- Experience using Psychometric Testing
- Minimum 10 years experience
- 5 years Management experience

Only Arabic Speaking Candidates can be considered for this position.

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 AED/month + Medical + Tickets
