Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

NTS Group are exclusively working with a Multinational, recruiting for a Group Insurance Manager. 

Reporting to the Group Treasurer, this role is responsible for managing Group Insurance as well as local Insurance programs. The focus is on ensuring risk mitigation for the Group and acting as the main point of contact both externally and internally. The role also includes supporting customers financing solutions through managing Financial and ECA’s.

- Group/Local Insurance Management
- Insurance relationship management
- Insurance reporting, processes and claim management
- Territory Management:
- Customer Financing and Credit Insurance:

Requirements

Candidate Requirements 

- Experience of working in a similar position (global company or insurance company) in developing markets for >7 year
- Experience in a variety of insurance types, as well as running RFP’s and global insurance programs
- Strong knowledge of Insurance and products
- Understanding of emerging markets and local requirements
- Understanding of risk mapping and deciding appropriate levels of cover.
- Strong Understanding of Financial & Credit analysis
- Should be able to stand up when identifying inappropriate practices
- Good interpersonal & presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and hands-on person
- Self-starter who challenges the status quo and initiate and lead change
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong Management & leadership skills
- Interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Express ideas clearly and convey necessary information.
