What you'll be doing
As our organizational development lead you will provide consultancy in the area of organizational design, workshop facilitation, culture and people engagement, well-being and capability building to different stakeholders and divisions within Chalhoub Group.
We are looking for a strong team player who partners with our business leaders, their teams and organizations to help them propel forward. You will diagnose, scope, design and lead spot consulting projects across multiple divisions within Chalhoub Group and co-lead those with our people partners towards success.
- Diagnose, scope, project manage and deliver spot consulting assignments across the group
- Design repeatable mini-workshops and interventions that can be easily scaled
- Develop a productized consulting service that is repeatable at scale
- Consult business leaders in operating model, organization and job design
- Lead change management projects across the business
- Facilitate employee voice workshops that capture our peoples' needs and sentiments
- Design and deliver culture and employee engagement interventions and campaigns
- Further enhance our Group-wide approach to wellbeing and underlying framework
- Guide, consult and train our people partners in OD and change management
- Incubate and mature a productized consulting service that allows for repeatability and scale ups.
Requirements
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven work experience in operating model, organization and job design
- Proven work experience in culture and employee engagement
- Utility player who can support across a wide range of topics
- Contemporary and non-traditional approach to HR with a consumer mindset
- Experience in HR / people & change consulting for a few years
- Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary operating models such as networked design
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills and very flexible approach to work
