What we are looking for : Group Talent Manager

What you'll do:

The Group Talent Manager assists the CHRO in setting the HR strategies to develop and retain talents across the Group. He/she ensures these strategies are cascaded down to the business and implemented in strong coordination with the HRBPs.

- He/she acts as a consultant to the HRBPs and business leaders to guide them on strategic HR and talent-related matters.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the business to set, implement and adapt different people-related procedures and practices based on the constantly changing needs and priorities
- Develop different people-related initiatives, in line with Group HR strategy, that respond to employees' and more specifically to talents' needs through close coordination with HRBPs and other HR competence centers.
- Set and drive the talent management cycle through close collaboration with HRBPs starting from a proper talent identification to setting development and career plans.
- Oversee the employee experience (or lifecycle) with a specific focus on performance management, succession planning, talent development and mobility, etc. by ensuring high quality and consistent practices and procedures are implemented across the Group and any exceptional cases are handled efficiently.
- Develop any necessary frameworks, guidelines and methodologies and share them with HRBPs to better manage and constantly enhance people and talents' experience.
- Gather and share people and talent management best practices and latest trends with HRBPs to constantly support them provide the right consultative and advisory approach to the business.
- Act as a coach and consultant to business leaders on different people and talent related aspects, such as talent identification and planning, performance management, people development, etc.
- Leverage HR analytics and insights to support the business identify people and talents' issues and come up, assess and implement potential solutions. Consolidate reports to present to the CHRO with recommendations.
- Manage, motivate and develop team members by reviewing their performance, sharing feedback and knowledge, coaching and mentoring them to achieve their full potential.

Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:

We see success in the role as having a strong knowledge of the luxury consumer, the competitive landscape of the luxury industry, and an in-depth understanding of the evolving media and digital landscape in order to drive the brand vision regionally and globally, constantly elevating our ability to acquire new customers, retaining existing customers and continuing to drive sales in the luxury/lifestyle category through consumable content.

More specifically, we would love to hear from you if you can say yes to the below

- 10+ years of experience preferably with last few years in Talent Management, HRBP or general HR
- Strong exposure to the different HR fields (organization development, HR Administration, Rewards, etc.)
- Strong business acumen
- Strategic mindset with consulting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent leadership skills
