Job description / Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a rapidly expanding dental clinic network with ambitious vision and a solid presence in the UAE.
The digital marketing specialist will drive the digital marketing efforts for the entire business and is critical to the success and future growth of the network. You will be tasked with social media management, web design and optimization, Marketing Automation, SEO, PPC and affiliate marketing, and paid search activities. The role will have a strong focus on using analytics to drive engagement and conversion.
Digital analytics and reporting
- Consolidate metrics and provide ongoing reporting and analytics
- Monitor and suggest improvements for usability, content and conversion
- Benchmark digital activities against those of peers
- Use analytic tools to track, monitor and optimize digital presence and campaigns
- Prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis reports and dashboards
Define digital strategy and execution
- Own digital marketing best practices and standards
- Reporting, Measurement and Return on Investment (ROI) for digital campaigns
- Translate business goals into digital marketing objectives
- Develop specific digital strategies for all creative assignments, including email, banner ads, landing pages/microsites, mobile sites/apps and website development
- Manage all digital campaigns, including search engine marketing (Google Adwords and onsite search) Evaluate customer segments and create customer segmentation groups

- Ability to effectively manage budgetary spending to maximize ROI of Digital Marketing campaigns and resources
