Position Title: Guest Relation Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A sophisticated modern fusion restaurant based in Dubai Mall with a mix of Italian & Japanese concept
Job Description:
• Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients from entrance, during dining, and exit
• Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival while establishing friendly relationships with regular customers
• Monitor daily booking reservation to be on top of head for sudden changes , inquiries and or special requests
• Actively listen to, resolve complaints, and ensure to take note of special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children, and VIPs, receive personalized services
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino, Nepali, Eastern European, and CIS nationals
• Female, 35 years old and below
• At least 5 years of related work experience from a stand-alone restaurant
• Must be knowledgeable in full reservation system
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
