What you will be doing:

- Ensures to offer and serve Arabic coffee and dates to incoming and outgoing hotel guests in the main lobby.
- Prepares and makes certain that Arabic coffee and dates are always readily available to serve.
- Ensures there is clean Arabic coffee cups at all times.
- Is efficient, diplomatic, and cooperative in dealing with his colleagues.
- Reports for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
- Provides a courteous and professional service at all times.
- Maintains a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
- Ensure that the weekly purchase requisition is done properly as per requirement
- Ensure that proper set up is done on daily basis for the Arabic coffee and dates served in the lobby
- Must lead by example by demonstrating the Accor Values in their role continuously.
- Must be able to perform any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Previous relevant experience as a Guest Relations Executive
- Knowledge on the UAE culture
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Comfortable to work cohesively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
