Guest Relations Operations Manager (Holiday Rental Properties)

My Client is a leading player in the holiday home rental sector, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. They are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and guest relations for their properties in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Run day-to-day check-in and check-out procedures for properties.
• Manage basic guest relations, ensuring an excellent guest experience.
• Supervise and manage all housekeeping responsibilities.
• Accommodate guest requests and ensure their satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory checks for amenities, linen, and home supplies.
• Implement and maintain cleaning standards and procedure checklists.
• Sign off on the check-out process after each guest.
• Ensure each unit is prepared and check-in ready for the next guest.
• Manage calendar and prepare daily and weekly scheduled tasks.
• Legal registration of guests onto portals and systems.

Salary:
AED 5,500 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience in the hospitality sector (hotels or holiday homes)
• Experience managing day-to-day operations of holiday homes or Airbnb properties.
• Strong understanding of linen management, inventory management, and cleaning standards.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good communication skills, including people and leadership skills.
