Job Description
• To deliver High quality of customer service
• To ensure the delivery of smooth, efficient and consistent best practice of functioning of the customer service desk.
• To be responsible in delivery bespoken process and procedure of the overall customer service process.
• Handle general guest inquiries received during the journey. To make sure they are confident and ready to answer all inquiries during the journey.
Salary:
AED
4,500 to 5,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Presently residing in Dubai
• Should be presentable
