Summary
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
To assist the Communication Center Department in managing the day-to-day operation of our Communication Center, which covers the hotel's operators, ordertakers and designated guest service officers.

Requirements

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years work experience as a Guest Service Officer or Operator in a Telephone Department.
Well developed communication, telephone and customer relations Skills.
Computer skills in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems will be an asset.
Previous hotel experience will be an asset.
Good command of English and Arabic language is a must.
Must be a local Saudi National

About the Company

Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport.
