Job description / Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hair styling, customer service-oriented, and up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs, preferences, and desired outcomes.
- Provide a range of hair services including haircuts, hair coloring, highlights, lowlights, balayage, and hair treatments.
- Perform hair styling services such as blowouts, updos, and braiding.
- Offer advice and recommendations to clients on hair care products and maintenance routines.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and attend training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Hairstylist, with a portfolio of previous work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of hair care techniques, products, and tools.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Being flexible to take a part on the marketing content of the company
