Hair Education Manager (Arabic Speaking)

Job description / Role

Charterhouse are working exclusively with an iconic multinational group who have an exciting new role for a Hair Education Manager to join their team. The purpose of this role will be to deliver bespoke training workshops and promote professional hair care education within the GGC region.

In this role you will be responsible for organizing and delivering training including one-on-one coaching, small workshops and troubleshooting classes. You will support the retail and salon teams to drive sales through demonstrating excellent product knowledge and building strong lasting relationships with salons and retailers. You will represent the brand at events and will ensure merchandising standards are premium and immaculate across all points of sale. You must have a passion for training and delivering excellent customer service. In addition, you will need to be able to adapt your training style and methods to ensure all staff and sales teams receive personalized training. You should be confident in promoting the brand and the benefits of the products. An important part of the role will be conducting market research and staying up to date with brands and new product launches.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you should have a hair stylist qualification or equivalent technical experience of haircare having worked in an education/trainer role previously. It is essential that you are fluent in Arabic and English and must be flexible and willing to travel frequently across the GCC regions.
