Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The primary objective of the Handover Consultant is to provide a superior customer service projecting a professional image of the project I development and further SDIC image as the foremost developer in the area. The main focus of the Handover Consultant is to deliver high standard properties; provide all handover requirements to home owners and provide regular updates to Director of Sales and customer Management.

Maintain a contact line with the client, following up and obtaining an appointment while documenting that professionally for further utilization if case turned to legal.

Major Accountabilities and Related Task:
- Ensure collecting all handover documents from home owners and make sure it's sent to handover administrator for filling
- Arrange to make a regular phone calls to fix appointments for home orientation
- Conduct home owner orientation tour.
- In case of pending mortgage cases to follow up with bank and owner
- Provide regular update to Handover Administrator
- Prepare all related documents for Handover such as, registration forms, receipt acknowledgement, welcome pack, Key handover list, Handover Kit list,...etc
- Provide homeowners with the whole handover kit.
- Ensuring villas are in a good condition at the time of handover
- Conduct pre- snagging the villas

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or above
- With minimum of Two to three years of experience in the property handover field preferably.
- PC literate with the ability to type in English & Arabic

- Excellent customer service skills; able to be courteous to all Residents, customers, suppliers, vendors etc., both internally and externally
