Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A leading Facilities Management provider in the MENA region is looking for a Hard Services Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi on a prestigious project.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of hard FM services in order to ensure organisational statutory compliance and provision of an effective physical environment, to include the review, preparation, implementation and control of systems and processes
- You will be required to manage operations, maintenance, repairs, improvements, and replacement of engineering services in order to deliver a safe, cost effective and timely service
- Work as part of the wider team in achievement of general departmental goals
- To be part of the out of hours response team in the event of an emergency

Requirements

- The required candidate must have a technical background. I.e. a mechanical or electrical degree (or equivalent)
- The candidate must also be based in UAE as the client will need to interview face to face
- The candidate must also have at least 8 years experience working in Facilities Management with a Facilities Management provider.
