Head Baker (Senior CDP)

Job description / Role

We are looking for a creative Head Baker who will be responsible to take care of the bakery section and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities. You should be passionate about baking and be inspired to create memorable masterpieces that go beyond our guests' expectations.

What you will be doing:

Head bakers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of their bakery's baking operations. You are to ensure that all products are made to the highest quality standards. As Head baker, you will play an important role in developing new recipes, improving production methods, and training other staff members on best practices.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- 2 or more years' experience in similar role
- Working knowledge of baking techniques a
- Creative ability with artistic skill in baking
- Keen attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, when necessary.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment.
