Job description / Role

Seeking experienced and passionate Baristas (not just coffee makers) whom can work under pressure, and take pride in the products that they produce.

We are seeking someone who lives coffee.

Who knows about machines and grinders and can work independently.

- Full time Head Barista to take charge of our quality coffee offering in our new location.
- Constantly training the colleagues baristas
- Inventory
- Orders
- Quality check
- Guest experience
- Preparing other beverages when operations require
- Close work with restaurant managers
- Taking full ownership of the bar performance

Requirements

Must:

- Speak English fluently and be able to make a large volume of coffees when we are busy!
- Be able to train the team.
- Be outgoing and engaging with the guests.
- Be self-motivated with a passion and personality for coffee
- Have the ability to multitask
- Be committed to working hard
- Be a team player
- Be comfortable operating coffee machinery
- Have the ability to pour latte art
- Have the ability to consistently produce high standard coffee in a fast paced environment
