About the Client:
A French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
Job Description:
• Oversees the outlet's bar operations and other bartenders' work to ensure that they provide positive customer experience
• Serving beverages
• Checking for proper identification, maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the bar area, replacing kegs, handling employee issues, handling customer complaints and disturbances
• Scheduling employees, supervising other bartenders, ordering supplies and alcohol and overseeing the workings of the bar area
• Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for staff and customers
Requirements
Position Title: Head Bartender
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meals and tips
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
• Open to European and Western nationals
• 35 years and below
• At least 3 years experience in the same role from fine dining or high end restaurants
