* As a Head Bartender at/Andaz Dubai The Palm/, you will have an opportunity to run the Bar as an owner, where locals love to visit & creative class thrives, where you combine strategic planning and day-to-day management activities.
* A role that is both business-like and creative, predominantly in terms of marketing and business development.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Someone with a fun and vibrant personality, who enjoys being social. A proactive Head Bartender who would like working in an exciting, fast-paced and unique environment.
* Someone who thrives under pressure and has the ability to engage with guests promoting the unique selling points offered at the bar.
* Ideally a candidate who likes to experiment, think outside the box and has a good understanding of/mixology/and latest bar trends.
* The Head Bartender will promote and grow the business, manage a team of diverse personalities and be a natural leader who manages the bar as an owner.
* The ideal candidate must have a strong background in bar management and should have ideally worked in a "Speakeasy Style concept Bar".
* Prefer female candidate for this role with an understanding of underground pub vibe and music.

About the Company
Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport.
