Job description / Role
About the Client:
A high-end F&B consultancy with stand-alone restaurants
Job Description:
• Responsible for creating quality recipes and menu items based on the concept of the restaurant
• Responsible for food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
• Responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Control and direct the food preparation process, managing and working closely with other Chefs
• Staff training, discipline and regular staff assessments and evaluations
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Greek candidates
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior role, specialized in Greek cuisine
• Strong experience handling more than 10 F&B staff
• Portfolio is required
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
