Position Title: Head Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 14K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
High-end casual dining restaurant.
Job Description:
• Creates menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
• Determines food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
• Responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Controls and directs the food preparation process
• Approves and polish dishes before they reach the customer
• Manages and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
• Responsible for health, safety and food hygiene practices
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Male, 50 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in culinary or any related course and certifications
• Must have 5 years’ experience from stand-alone restaurant, high-end casual dining, or fine dining set-up in UAE
• Well-versed in culinary arts with expertise in international cuisine
• Sample works is required
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
