About the Client:
A casual dining, Thai restaurant in Dubai premium location, showcasing Bangkok specialty Street food and desserts.
Job Description:
• Create quality recipe and menu items based on concept – THAI STREET FOODS
• Control and direct the food preparation process with the whole kitchen staff
• Responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Manage and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
• Oversee daily operations in the kitchen from major menu highlights, special requests, and staffing
• Control and coordinate food inventory needs, stocking, and ordering
Requirements
Position Title: Head Chef
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on the experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and European nationals
• 45 years old and below
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same role; expertise in Thai cuisine is a must
• Must have available sample works
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
