Head Chef up to 18k Aed++ for a High-End Café and Restaurant in Dubai

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manage and work closely with other cooks
• Create menu items
• Determine food inventory needs and liaise with suppliers
• Involved in staffing of the kitchen
• Make sure that the restaurant meets all regulations, including sanitary and safety guidelines
• Deal directly with the public

Requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Male, 45 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts or any related certification
• At least 5 years of similar work experience in hospitality management, preferably in stand alone restaurants

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and can take a supervisory role
• Good time management skills are essential as the job hours are flexible and the workload varies
• Good communication skills and teamwork
