Head of Air Charter Sales

Job description / Role

On behalf of our client, an established aviation services company in Dubai, we are recruiting a Head of Air Charter Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for P&L for the group
- Business Development - should revitalize charters and its verticals
- Line management – across locations

OFFER:

- Relocation package (Relocation allowance, accommodation & company car for 1 month)

Requirements

- You must have proven experience in heading a charter sales team
- Focus and achieve revenue target from diversified regions and segments
- Oversight and management of pro-active account management
- Target achievement through generation of repeat business, website, partnerships & alliances and other sources
- Broaden the Charter Sales network
- Hands on with Charters processes and deals.
- Able to liaise with client to bring in new business
- Planning and budgeting for Charter Sales Department
- Efficient management and development of the Charter Sales team – reviews, coaching, mentoring, training etc
- Able to provide long term commitment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about Aviation
- Goal and revenue orientated
- Dynamic and self-driven
- Stable progress in career path
- Ethical
- Either based or willing to move to Dubai

Must have proven experience in Aviation Sales:
- Broking
- Negotiation
- Operational oversight
- Network Development
- Product development/management
