Head of Application Support – Banking

The Role

Leading Bank in Dubai has a live requirement for a Head of Application Support to manage all applications across core Banking systems (CBS), including front-end channels, cards, treasury, etc. Suitable candidates will already be working at a senior level managing the Application support function, delivering application enhancements within another Bank or large Financial Services provider.


To be considered, candidate must offer:

* Strong experience of Application Support within Banking at a senior level

* Degree calibre, Master degree preferred

* 10 years+ in Financial Services

* 5years+ at Senior Management level in the IT function of Banking / Financial Services Industry

* Experience with system architecture & design and solutions related to Financial Services industry

* Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL
