Head of Asset Management

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working in partnership with a notable private organisation with strong links across the region, who is looking to add an experienced Head of Asset Management to drive the growth and strategy across their property portfolio.

This is a great role for an experienced asset management professional to play a pivotal role in shaping and developing an impressive property portfolio. The Head of Asset Management will work closely with the board of directors on the portfolio construction, looking at new investments and maintaining a profitable and diverse portfolio.

In addition, this role will also oversee the property management aspects, work with the facilities management team and cover secondary leasing duties if required. The portfolio is constructed with a broad range of property types including residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and industrial properties.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must possess at least 15 years’ experience within asset management, having ideally worked within a consultancy environment previously.

This role is very much suited to a strong generalist asset manager with solid experience of managing a large portfolio of diversified property.
