Head of Asset Management (Emiratization)

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a highly regarded and established private government company. Our client is looking to hire a Head of Asset Management (UAE National) to join their team in Dubai.

The Head of Asset Management will be responsible for managing clients, providing real estate valuations, assisting on real estate budgets with a focus on strategy and risk management within asset and property management.

In addition, this role will also coordinate with senior management and apply best practices and standards to local laws and regulations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should have a Degree ideally within real estate management or another relevant field, with a minimum of 10 years of work experience.

Experience of working with a government entity would be highly desirable. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with strong negotiation and organisational skills. This role is for UAE Nationals only.
