Head of Business Development

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players from technology providers, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Managing sales pipeline to ensure timely and accurate forecasting.
• Driving sales growth through marketing programs, programs and campaigns.
• Updating and maintaining sales materials and computer systems.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
• Establish and maintain a positive and authentic brand image through various online and offline channels.
• Prepare business plans and present necessary budgets to management or clients.
• Keep sales strategies, business plans and PR strategies working effectively.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in business development.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in this same field.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; master's degree is advantageous.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong business acumen.
• Detail-oriented and persuasive.
