Head of Design

Job description / Role

The client, a reputable real estate developer, is looking for a Head of Technology to join their growing team in Abu Dhabi.

As a Head of Design, you will be working with the Development Directors to initiate, develop and implement innovative design solutions in existing and upcoming real estate development projects. You will create value for the company’s core business through design recommendations that implements the Client’s unique brand identity and will achieve this by working with interns, leveraging his/her networks, collaborating with senior management and tapping into his/her design experience.

Requirements

To qualify for the role ideal candidate must a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior, Environmental, Industrial Design, Architecture or related field and with at least 5 years of experience in interior architectural practice, interior design research, furniture, spaces/service design and co-design, computer-aided design, especially relevant design software. GCC market experience and previous experience in design roles including concept development, client contact and track record of creating design work from ideation/ concept to production/ completion are highly essentials for this position.
