Head of Electrical (On-board Ship Repairs)
Objectives:
- To oversee and supervise the teams working on Electrical Repairs onboard of the ships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that auxiliary and electrical jobs on- board ships are completed on time and to the clients’ requirements, and in line with Company's commitments.
- To ensure safe working practices are maintained at all times.
- To ensure an acceptable standard of Quality, Environmental, OHSAS and Security Management System is maintained in accordance with recognized working practices and the Company’s QEHS&S Manual and Policy.
- Apply and execute the requirements of ISO-28000 (E) and ISO-20858 (E), ISO 27001, ISPS related to job. Ensure that Security Management System for the Supply Chain and Information Security Management System are maintained.
Reporting to: Yards Manager
Subordinates: Supervisors and Perpetrators
Duration: Permanent
Desired start date: ASAP
Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday
Salary:
USD
6,000 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
University Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Nature And Length Of Previous Experience:
- Must have at least 10 years experience in ship repair or shipbuilding yard.
- Must have at least 5 years in a supervisory or management position.
Specialist knowledge: On-board electrical repairs
