Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client, a well-established international insurance broker, Swisslinx Middle East DIFC are looking for a Regional Head of Employee Benefits to join their growing team in Dubai.

In this senior role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic decisions across the Employee Benefits lines / medical team. You will be managing the growth of the Employee Benefits team, ensuring their development and performance improvement.

In this role, you will also be negotiating Group medical and life benefits, overlooking renewals and enrolment, whilst ensuring full compliance to the current healthcare legislation in the region. You must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable in attending client meetings at a senior level.

Requirements

The right candidate will have the following:

- Current or previous experience working with an insurance broker
- Excellent knowledge of employee benefits lines
- Experience making strategic decisions at management level
- Excellent command of English, any additional language a plus
