Head of Finance (Emiratisation)

Charterhouse is working with a highly regarded and established private government company. Our client is looking to hire a Head of Finance (UAE National) to join their team in Dubai.

The Head of Finance will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies including financial budgeting, planning and forecasting that aligns with the overall organisation’s goals. This role will identify and manage financial risks and execute investment strategies to assist in investment management.

In conjunction, this role will build relationships with stakeholders and external bodies such as investment partners, financial institutions and regulatory bodies as well as lead and manage the finance team effectively.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should have a Degree in finance, accounting or relevant field, with a minimum of 10 years preferably with a CA, CFA or CPA.

Experience of working with a government entity would be highly desirable. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and strong leadership qualities. This role is for UAE Nationals only.
