Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an individual who is highly dedicated to improving individual’s lives for the better; managing healthcare and sanitary initiatives within local, regional and international communities. It is imperative that you will have managed global scale healthcare projects, with multiple stakeholder engagement previously and have had experience of working in improvised and remote communities. You will promote the organisation at all levels, fostering strong working relationship with local governments and aid organisations as well as international corporate healthcare providers. Hence excellent communication skills are vital for this position, both in English and preferably Arabic also. Strong management reporting skills are required, coupled with budgetary and financial accountability and the ability to present these at a very senior level.

The role manages multiple projects with established goals and objectives, set within tight timelines for delivery. You will be responsible for the strategy and successful implementation of a strong vision into a realistic project, moving it forward as it develop and changes to further enhance and change individuals lives of those in difficult to reach global communities for the better. You will ensure the execution of the projects are managed in a timely and collaborative manner, reporting directly to the Principle, who offers full support at all times, you will also liaise extensively with other parts of the organisation; ensuring goals and challenges are faced and identifying any areas of concern as the projects develop. In addition, the successful candidate will propose opportunities of potential interest to the stakeholder and review new proposals and provide guidance and recommendations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required and at least seven years of work related experience. Strong project management exposure and effective people management skills are vital, with the ability to multi task and manage deadlines across time zones and in some instances, in difficult working conditions. Adaptability, effective listening skills and problem solving ability should be demonstrated by the candidate.
