Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an established educational services group based in Dubai who is looking to hire a Head of Human Resources who will report to the Regional Managing Director.
You will be responsible for HR operations and undertake projects where you will implement strategies and conducting ongoing reviews of HR practices in order to streamline processes and improve organizational effectiveness. You will head up the HR strategy for the Middle East, liaising with HR managers and school leadership teams across the group.
In addition, you will also oversee the talent management and introduce solutions to improve learning & development which includes identification of internal / external training opportunities and the budgets associated with this.
The successful candidate should be educated to Degree level and possess a minimum of 4 years of HR experience within professional services, financial services or education. This role is heavily focussed on HR operations and a strategical background is preferred, as well as good knowledge of regional requirements and legislation.
