Job description / Role
Charterhouse has an exclusive mandate with a leading European Multi-National organisation to assist in the recruitment of a Head of HR Operations based in the UAE, covering the GCC. This role requires someone who is able to lead and continuously improve HR Operations in alignment with Headquarters strategic priorities and growth plans.
You will be involvement of the development and execution of a regional strategy for HR Operations to create and maintain a joined-up global function which delivers high quality, efficient services and is scalable to accommodate growth plans across the GCC with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia. Designing and implementing the required processes, procedures, systems and ways of working to underpin company strategy. Design and maintain a strategically sourced HR Operations service delivery model that leverages in-house capability and relevant tools, delivering exceptional value for money for the business in alignment with strategic priorities and plans. In addition, you will lead the HR Operations Team and efficiently complete all HR Operations processes and procedures, including HR Management System / Information System administration, HR documentation, HR Analytics and Management Information, and employee lifecycle processes and documentation, standardising where-ever possible. You will have extensive knowledge in the set up and expansion of businesses across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other locations across the GCC and Africa.
The ideal candidate is someone who has held a similar position in the GCC and is looking to take on a larger role with a growing multi-national. You will be Degree educated ideally with an HR qualification and have had at least 8-10 years within HR. You will have strong leadership skills, have the ability to work under pressure and deliver results. Due to large levels of communication with overseas offices, our client has requested a native English speaker with strong technology skills.
