Head of Inclusion

Job description / Role

• Develop and implement inclusive education strategies aligned with the school's mission.
• Coordinate and oversee inclusive programs to support diverse learning needs among students.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Provide training for educators to enhance their skills in inclusive teaching practices.
• Identify and support students with diverse needs, ensuring access to resources and accommodations. Advocate for inclusive practices within the school community.

Requirements

Position Title: Head of Inclusion
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation or housing allowance
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:

Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelors in Special Education or Bachelor in Education with Diploma in Special Education
• Minimum 2 years’ working with students of determination or as Inclusion teacher
• UAE experience is an advantage
