Job Description:
• Establish and Lead Internal Audit Function - develop and implement the internal audit strategy, policies, and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability
• Plan and execute internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.
• Conduct specialized audits related to smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), and other crypto-related technologies
• Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to 46K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
One of the multinational crypto wallet and trading platform with specialties on Crypto trading, P2P trading, Copy trading, and Financial leverage.

Qualifications:
• 45 y/o and below
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance, with a focus on the crypto industry
• Professional certification such as CPA is mandatory
• Cryptocurrency experience is a MUST
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and associated risks
• Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
