• Identify and implement the architectural components that provide a framework to facilitate the provision of technology and business solutions for Taaleem in schools and Central Office
• Identify and implement the architectural components that provides a framework to facilitate storage, integration, usage, access, and delivery of data assets across the Taaleem enterprise
Technical Projects Planning and Delivery
• IT Systems Delivery
• Technical Project / Programme Management
Change Management
• Correctly plan releases, changes, upgrades, and rollouts across the Taaleem IT landscape
• Manage and drive the change agenda and initiatives identified to improve the Taaleem IT landscape
Enterprise Information Management, Content Management, and Analytics
• Data Integration, Retention, and Archiving, Data Quality Management and Data Privacy and Security
• Management information
• Document Management & Knowledge Management
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or IT; Master’s degree preferred. Recognised Project Management Certification (e.g PRINCE2 / PMP). Additional technical qualifications such as Microsoft Certification is an advantage.
Experience:
10+ years of system implementation experience in a large organisation with multiple business units. Experience of the Education industry is preferred but not essential.
Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a technology leader with the ability to formulate and articulate IT strategies and processes; effective relationship management with a variety of technical and non-technical customers; experience managing, leading and growing highly-productive autonomous IT teams; experience working with vendors through the full-cycle, including SLA negotiations; Able to develop, implement, and own technology standards for Taaleem; knowledge of data integration, information security; knowledge of modern web frameworks and emerging technology trends
