Head of Landscape Architecture

Job description / Role

- Direct and manage design teams through day-to-day operations, including overseeing the production of high quality, international standard detailed design documents, project issues, outside consultants and sub-consultants.
- Work closely with the Managing Director and other senior staff to create and implement a business development program for the landscape architecture department.
- Coordinate with the Corporate Business Development Division and other divisions’ business development staff to promote company-wide initiatives.
- Actively manage department resources and work flow to ensure maximum efficiency and optimum team structures.
- Work closely with the Managing Director and other senior staff to develop and implement a range of technical processes and procedures.
- Represent KEO at conferences, seminars, and official meetings as required.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 to 20 year’s career experience with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or equivalent, with post graduate qualifications preferred.

Professional Membership with ASLA, CMLI or equivalent will be viewed favourably.
