Job description / Role
This opportunity is with a large entity based UAE.
An ideal candidate would be responsible for carrying out capability assessments across the organization, training, and coaching managers, supervisors, and others involved in employee development efforts. obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media. Plans, organize, facilitates, and orders supplies for employee development and training events. Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources. You will conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results. Modifies programs as needed. Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.
You will create and execute learning strategies and programs for the employees. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs. Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training). Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities. Help managers develop their team members through career pathing. Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
To be successful, you will possess at least 10+ years of experience at a similar function. Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices. Experience in digital HR process, change management, HR transformation, or reduction. Experience in project management and budgeting. Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
