Job description / Role
Leading Regional Bank with a fantastic brand name and reputation in the market. Known to hire and attract top talent from the local and international markets, in particular, having a strong reputation to train and develop top UAE national talent.
Working within the Operational Risk department, you will ensure all measures are taken to mitigate any Operational Risk to the bank. You will work alongside different departments within the bank to prepare strategies for eliminating risk. You will be in charge of handling and managing the entire Operational Risk department. You will also work to ensure all the financial procedures are compliant to internal and local regulatory requirements.
Requirements
You must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably spent in an operational risk position. Strong numerical skills are a must, with a preference for candidates holding an operational risk certification.
