Head of Operations

Job description / Role

We are looking to hire a Head of Operations for a regional bank’s UAE operations.
Role is reporting to the Group COO.

Responsibilities Include:
• To manage and supervise all wholesale banking operations, trade finance operations, credit operations account services and treasury operations.
• Reporting to the Group COO, you will manage the Bank's operational and infrastructure processes to ensure quality and efficient delivery of services to their clients. The role will be managing teams in comprising of both operations, where you will have oversight of all
• transactional processes, risk and controls, regulatory advisory, general administration and managing external vendors.

Requirements

• 15+ years of banking operations, with minimum 3 years in senior role in operations department
• Strong exposure to wholesale banking operations, trade finance, credit operations as well as treasury ops
• Excellent management skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Bachelor’s degree
