My client, an international broadcast organization is searching for Head of Organizational Development and Talent .

As Head of Development and Talent you will be focused on aligning the organization through organizational learning, knowledge management and transformation of organizational norms and values. This role will be responsible for developing employees to help the organisation achieve its vision.

Requirements

Candidate's who are able to speak both English & Arabic can be considered for this role. A minimum of 15 years experience is required. Must have a track record of working with multinational organizations. Must have a hands on experience with Developing, implementing and supporting leadership development programs across the organisation. Will have previous experience with devising sustainable succession plans. Experience with HR transformation is essential for this role.
