Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the overall business objectives, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, as well as collaborate closely with external agency partners, to ensure a seamless user experience and design while achieving our business objectives.
- Take ownership of the product roadmap, overseeing the prioritization of initiatives and features that drive business growth and success.
- Serve as the primary driver of strategic decisions, leveraging your expertise to provide guidance and support to the development team.
- Act as the chief liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities, while actively engaging with executive and senior leaders.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that effectively measure the success of product features and enhancements, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, user behaviours, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in the digital experience, positioning the company as an industry leader.

Requirements

- Proven track record of leading high performing teams, ideally in consumer-facing digital products. Extensive experience in defining and executing product strategies that have demonstrably driven business growth and success.
- Strong expertise in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with a history of effectively leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and guide teams towards a shared vision.
- A strategic thinker who can align product initiatives with overall business goals, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Experience in managing knowledge transfer from external agencies or teams, ensuring seamless integration of external expertise into the product development process.
- Proven ability to balance user-centric design with business requirements, delivering innovative and customer-focused solutions. Familiarity with the hospitality or luxury lifestyle sector is a plus, but not mandatory
