Employment: Full Time

Our client, one of the leading design and consultancy businesses operating in the Region, is looking for an experienced Talent Professional to take on the role of Head of Recruitment and join their Dubai based team.

The role includes a number of responsibilities,
- Grow and manage the team of recruiters based across the Region
- Design the recruitment strategy for the region
- Implement the use of the most effective jobs boards
- Build and manage relationships with recruitment partners across the region
- Design strategy for new projects
- Manpower planning
- Design and initiate graduate hiring scheme

Requirements

- Minimum of 8 years of industry relevant recruitment experience
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Experience in designing new recruitment strategies
- Western educated
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the region
- Male candidates preferable
