With 30% monthly growth, we now operate in 50+ cities across 11 countries and host over 6million users. With our recent Series D funding success, we are positioned on the cusp of significant scale and well on target to deliver our goal of creating one million jobs in the region by 2018.
We are looking for a Head of Reward to join an established HR team and help continue the development of the reward structure. The organisation employs 2,000 people across 11 countries. In the midst of a significant change program, you will lead the reward strategyand fundamental projects around grading and other high profile reward issues affecting the MENA region.
Key responsibilities include
- Review current policies and practices and implement improvements
- Oversee equal pay audits
- Complete annual pay remit process
- Work within and demonstrate a thorough understanding of employment law specifically related to pay and benefits
- Work alongside key business stakeholders
- Develop excellent working relationships with the senior management team
- Benchmark market data to develop strategy
Requirements

Additional qualifications include:
- Extensive experience as a Reward Consultant or similar role
- Experience of developing and delivering reward strategies
- Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment
- Proven Project Management skills and good attention to detail
- An adept communicator with a good command for the English and ability to liaise with people on all levels
- Ability to effectively trouble shoot problems and work collaboratively within a team environment
- Analytical and a logical thinker with a good attention to detail
- Process mapping & Data Cleansing experience
