Job description / Role
Our Client is a leading semi government body based in Dubai who are involved with Real Estate development and Property Management, Manufacturing and Financial Investments. A new position has arisen for a Head of Sales within their Real Estate division.
• You will be responsible for organizing, directing and managing the sales activities to achieve revenue targets, motivate and develop the existing team of sales staff and develop and implement sales and leasing procedures.
To be considered you will have:
• At least x 10 years of experience within real estate
• Bachelors Degree qualified
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of sales agents
• Experience working for a reputable brokerage or developer
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and oral Arabic and English skills
