Dubai based Real Estate company is looking to hire an experienced Head of Sales with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead sales through personal effort and broker network in Dubai.
What do we offer:
Working hours from 10:00 to 19:00 5/2

- Office in the Onyx tower 2
- Further assistance with visa and other documents
Salary 3000 $ + % of commission
Your responsibilities will be:
- Develop and promote sales KPIs.
- Developing, lead, support, set expectations, and hold regular accountability sessions with the team.
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Set individual sales targets with sales team.
- Work on sales scripts with agents.
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
- Plan and direct sales team training.
AED 10,000 to 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: % of your team
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position.
- Experience in off plan sales and secondary market.
- Must be located in Dubai
- At least 2 languages to know
- Skills: Positive, Motivated, Time Management, Creating Sales Plans and Processes, Strong Leadership
