Vacancy: Head of sales department in a real estate agency

Salary 3000 $ + 5% of commission

Responsibilities:
• Formation of a sales department, creation of a training system and scripts, certification, formation of basic sales skills among managers
• Hiring brokers for the team
• Setting a sales plan and its implementation
• Team motivation
• Communication with the marketing department for lead feedback
• Competitor's analysis
• Monitoring of indicators, implementation of the sales plan
• Preparation of reports for the company's management on the results of the work of team members
• Development of strategic sales plans to expand the client base
• Building long-term relationships with clients

Working hours from 10:00 to 20:00

Salary:
USD 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: 5% from comission

Requirements

Requirements for Candidates

• Presentable appearance
• Language skills: excellent knowledge of English (minimum C1), Arabic and other languages is a big plus
• Competent speech, high level of communication skills
• Responsibility
• Punctuality
• Team working skills
• Computer programs - advanced user of Word, MC Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Kommo CRM
• Experience in the real estate market from 1 year and understanding of the legislation in this area in Dubai
