Head of Sales - Information Systems Associates (Subsidiary of Air Arabia)

Purpose: To develop and execute all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve high financial targets, optimize and increase market share and maximize the revenue. To ensure that Sales & Marketing activities meet the ambitious customer acquisition and ensure that company image and presence in the media is wide and positive.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth;
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.);
- Develop new markets to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing);
- Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.);
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders;
- Carry out analysis of market data to penetrate into new markets;
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management;
- Build and oversee sales team and give directions to ensure full implantation of work plan. Provide training and guidance to the team as necessary to carry out their duties in a professional manner.

Requirements

- Master's Degree in Business Management, Sales/Marketing and Graduation in Engineering in a reputable University
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in sales/ marketing and managing relationships with key clients in Information Technology domain
- Must be an Arabic speaker
- In-depth knowledge in Sales & Marketing;
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis;
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes;
- Commercial awareness;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Excellent understanding of the travel and distribution industry;
- Networking and have contacts of Airlines is a must;
- Resourceful, action-oriented individual who possesses a sense of urgency and knows how to overcome obstacles to get things done in a timely fashion.
